$500 Help me Help your Town! $500
My Community Commitment
(Since 2008, I have donated $18,300 to our local town programs)
I really appreciate the opportunity to do business in town, and allowing me into your neighborhood to make a living and provide for my family. My wife Eileen and I are so thankful and appreciative of what our town has provided our family over the years. We are forever grateful and know many of you feel the same way… but like many small towns, the community needs help.
To show our appreciation, as a real estate agent, I contribute up to $500 of my commission to the community for every home in town that I sell or help buy to any one of the following town programs:
You decide where I send the contribution. We hope this will help many families in the community, now and in the future. This is our way of saying Thank You to everyone in Town.
Guidelines
-
No relative of ours is eligible for any scholarship money. All high school graduates planning to continue their education, in a recognized program, are eligible to receive scholarship funds. Scholarship funds will be awarded based solely upon the student's contributions to the needs and welfare of their community, the student's unselfish efforts to serve the people of their town.
-
All contributions made to the Senior Center, the Home & School Association, the Food Pantry and the Public Library will be given to the respective governing board to be used as they deem fit.
-
All donated funds will be given to your designated program within 10 days after the closing date, the sale date of the property. All real estate transactions are public record and will also be listed in my website, www.garyberset.com, on an on-going basis under My Listings, or call/write so I can mail to you the list of transactions.
So, if I sell or help buy 10 houses in town over the next 12 months, and 3 of my clients want me to contribute to the Senior Center, 2 instruct me to donate to the Scholarship Fund, and 5 direct me to contribute to the appropriate Home & School, then we will give up to $1,500 to the Seniors, up to $1,000 to the Scholarship Committee and up to $2,500 will go to the Home & School Associations.
Eileen and I are very excited about the Senior Center, Food Pantry, Public Library, Home & School and Scholarship Programs. So please...
Tell all your friends... Help me Help your Town!
